    Hey guys, welcome back to Becca Scoops. I’m so glad you guys could join me for this video. Very special video. We’ve been working on it for a couple of days. I have been under the weather, but I have been still doing my due diligence and finding out information about the CERS case.

 This video is going to go over the daughter, the daughter of We’ve got a special picture actually I want to share with you guys, a wedding picture of the parents, the grandparents. That’s right. Um Gary Senior and Christine Christine Lynn. Uh we were sent these pictures of their wedding day. I don’t know what year it is, but it it’s uh quite a long while ago.

 And their daughter, Linda, has come forward and she is sharing all kinds of information. She has broken her silence. She’s ready to speak out and we’re here for it and we’re going to bring you everything we know about that. including neverbeforeseen pics that she is sharing of some of the kids some things you know we’re going to try to make it make sure that we keep their privacy and stuff like that but we also want to cover the case.

 Now besides that we’ve got some other information you guys are going to want to know about and that is what’s going to happen to the 16 kids. Well, it’s looking like there are not going to be reunited with their family and that comes from a report and Levy. I’m going to get to that also. You’re going to want to hear about that.

 And also I have some update on the truency. What happened with the truency? Is that what sent the um you know law enforcement authorities out to the Omar Street address on June 30th? Probably not. But we’ve got some information about the truency that you’re not going to want to miss either. But let’s go ahead and dig into Linda Ciders.

 Who is Linda Ciders? Well, she’s the daughter of uh like I said uh she is the well, not those people, sorry. She is the daughter of Gary Senior and Christine. We do have um some other pictures of Linda. Here’s another picture of her. And basically, Linda has decided to via Facebook start sending out message after message, posting pictures, and really getting involved now in this case.

 This comes on the heels of a very specific motion that Christine Siders, her mother’s attorney, just made. Christine Siders attorney has made a motion about two days ago and added to that motion today and we’ve got all those legal paper that legal paperwork for you guys to see. Obviously, it’s public access and we got a hold of it.

 And some things in those legal pleadings kind of leave you scratching your head, which we’re going to get to. In fact, let’s just get into that right now because that might be the best way to introduce what Linda is saying about her mom and dad. Hold on, let me get that for you. Okay. So, Christine Cider’s attorney filed this motion.

 Defendant’s release on bail is justified by act applicable legal authority. Now, they’re going to give an account here. We’re not going to read all of it, obviously. I want to just highlight some of the things that are really, really interesting. First off, they say in this motion, the nature and circumstances of the crimes charged, despite initial hyperbolic statement by officials and excessive public speculation and media coverage, involve no evidence that the alleged acts involve violence, physical harm, weapons, or any ongoing threat to public

safety. What her attorney is trying to say is, “Look, Linda’s not a uh not Linda, that’s the daughter, sorry, Christine, the mom, the grandma, is not a danger to public safety. They’re trying to get her out, basically.” Okay. But that’s not what is super uh interesting in this. It is the account, the account given uh about what was really going on in that home or what their story is.

 is and they kind of give away some things I’m not sure that they should have given away in this document. It says on the date the charges are alleged to have occurred, authorities were present at defendant’s home, that’s Christine’s home, only to serve a misdemeanor warrant upon defendant’s son, Gary Siders Jr., uh, I’m going to contradict that.

 I’m sorry, but um, according to other the law enforcement officials, no, it had nothing to do with Gary Cers Jr. while they were there. They had a search warrant, and we’ll get to that in a minute. Uh, this legal document goes on to say, “Neither defendant, her daughter-in-law, that’s Elizabeth, nor her husband, that’s Gary Senior, were suspected of criminal con uh conduct at the homes.

 Authorities encountered unsanitary conditions in the home and defendants grandchildren uh were removed from their parents’ care. All four adults in the home have been charged with one count of endangering children for each of the children in the home. There is no allegation the defendant used or had access to a weapon or defendant committed any acts of violence against any alleged victim.

 Now, here is where we get into the interesting things. Note, it says there is no evidence that defendant participated in any acts of abuse causing serious physical harm to any of the alleged victims. Rather, listen to this you guys. It is evident that defendant was the only adult in the home who had long been providing for each of the other adults and all the children residing in her home.

 What? She What? This is what it’s saying. That the defendant, And there’s her picture right there. Christine Christine the grandma. It her attorney is saying she was the only adult in the home who had been providing for all of the other adults in the home. She was the only adult providing for all of the 16 children in the home. It goes on to say defendant paid for rent, utilities, and other necessities in the home.

Wow. Okay. So, what we were led to believe was that her and her husband Gary Senior were on social security. But according to this, this is saying she is the only adult providing. She is the only adult with an income. It’s very what? Right. It’s like what? Right. I mean, it’s very uh shocking in a way.

 Despite her own medical conditions, defendant was also tasked with caring for her husband and his significant medical needs and physical limitations. Wow. Um, that’s news to everybody as far as I know that her attorney went ahead and laid that out in their motion to get her out on bail. They’re trying to get the bail reduced.

 She’s on all of them that are left. Gary Senior is out because of his medical conditions, but the three other adults remain in custody. That’s Gary Senior, Elizabeth, and Christine are all in custody. $300,000 bond on each of them. They’re trying to get Christine’s attorneys are trying to get the the bail reduced. Uh they also are asked for in a separate pleading for another competency for Christine.

 Now, they’re saying that Christina has me mental conditions that that she may be mentally impaired, that she cannot uh is not competent to stand trial. So now we’ve got three of the four three of the four defendants. That’s Gary Senior, Gary Jr., and now Christine. All of their attorneys have asked for competency evaluations. That leaves Elizabeth as the only one whose attorney thus far is not asking for a competency.

 Meaning, are they leaving Elizabeth out to dry? Will she be deemed the only adult at the residence that was competent? I don’t know. Well, is Christine not competent if she’s providing if she’s the only adult providing for all of this? Right. So, that’s the update on Christine’s legal stuff. And on the heels of that, it they also said, and this is where Linda comes in.

 This is where Linda, the daughter, comes in. And we’re going to get into Linda in this video. Uh, this pleading also stated in the third page on this pleading, it stated, quote, “Defendant has strong family support. In fact, in release, defendant will reside with close family members who are capable and available to assist in ensuring defendants’s appearance at future court proceedings and defendants compliance with any conditions of pre-trial pre-trial release imposed by this court.

 Well, what does that mean? Well, it means she’s going somewhere. And that’s where Linda comes in. Right after this was uh this was uh sent to the court and filed with the court, guess who comes out of the woodwork? That’s right, Linda. Linda comes out of the woodwork and is talking up a storm on social media. And I suspect that Linda is the strong family support that is willing to take her mom and dad in.

Well, her mom specifically in. And that’s who this is referring to, the strong family support that they’ve got somebody waiting in the wings that will take Christine in if she is granted bail. Right after that motion was filed with the court is when Chris with is when Linda upped her social media game over on Facebook.

 One of the first things she posted was this in reply to somebody because it is a shock to us. Linda said it is a shock to us all. Every single family member that has visited my mom and dad’s house knows it was never a mess. I was just there last year and the house wasn’t messy like that. Well, I wanna I want to hold here and say, “You haven’t been there for a year.

” Okay, so Linda is admitting she hasn’t been there. I was just there last year and the house wasn’t messy like this. Linda goes on to state, “My mom and dad taught us to clean. Me and my sisters all had chores growing up.” Notice who she doesn’t say had chores growing up. Gary Jr., who was the baby in the family.

 In that family, uh there were four daughters and then Gary Jr. was the last child born to Christine and Gary Senior. Linda goes on to say, you know, it’s a possibility that with both my parents being ill, my brother and Elizabeth were overwhelmed. Just in the past year, my parents have been ill. There’s was a dog attack a few months ago.

 That’s interesting. a dog attack. My brother had shingles two weeks before they were arrested. There is stuff that none of you know that thinks they could have done so much better. We were not in their shoes, so we shouldn’t judge a situation that we don’t know about. I will stand on this till the day I die. My mother’s home was never ever in that condition growing up or even a year ago when I was inside.

 And every time I have seen the kids, they were running around playing and looking healthy. Now, here’s a picture of Linda with her parents in front of that Omar Street address. And as we have reported in the past, Linda uh not Linda, sorry, Christine and Gary Senior rented this home a few years before Elizabeth and Gary Jr. moved in.

So it is very likely possibly that yeah the house didn’t look like that and in fact a year ago would have been 18 months to a year ago would have been the time frame when Elizabeth and Gary Jr. did move into that residence. So possibly is Linda telling the truth here? Some of it lines up timewise.

 Some of it does line line up timewise with Gary Jr. and Elizabeth moving in there in 2025. Remember, they were resided at a different location in Hamen on Main Street. They rented a different location and then right sometime in 2025, they moved in again with um the grandparents. They moved in with Christina and Gary Senior.

Now, before I forget, I want to note that a long time, not a long time ago, but several years ago, they also shared a res residence. There was one other time that they shared a residence in Cheshshire with uh Gary Jr. and Elizabeth and the grandparents all lived at this address at one time. Then what happened, and this was around 2022, the grandparents moved to the Omar Street address, the the House of Horrors address, while Gary Jr.

 and Elizabeth didn’t move with them. They moved to a few different locations until they ended up again living with them. I know it’s confusing because we’ve got many different addresses, but what it what it comes down to is this. There were two that we can report two different occasions when all of the four that had been charged in this case lived together.

 First off, it was at this Cheshure uh Cheshire, Ohio address, this house in 2022. Gary Senior and Christine move out of this address. They were living with Elizabeth and Gary Jr. and they moved to the Omar Street address, which is the House of Horrors address. This address. Okay. Gary Jr. and Elizabeth moved to a a couple of different locations until a year ago where they ended up once again moving in with his parents, Gary Senior and Christine.

 I hope that makes sense. All right. Okay. What else does Linda have to say? She’s got a lot to say. She’s She has a lot to say and she is sharing pictures and a few other people have come forward. You’re not going to want to miss that. Miss what I have coming next. Hold on. Okay. Linda also shared this picture of her mother with one of the babies.

 Uh, she writes, “My mama loved those babies and spent her life raking and scraping to make sure they all had milk, diapers, clothing, food. It’s not her fault that as you get older and you get ill, you can’t do all the things you used to do. She has always been the giver, giving herself until she didn’t have enough for herself.

 I’ll never be ashamed of my parents.” #save uh the ciders. Now, of course, people are questioning, “Oh, is this an AI photo? is this blah blah blah blah blah. And someone wrote um [clears throat] uh this is Christina, my uh my mama, Linda. Uh and then uh Linda said, someone asked which baby is she holding because oh my god, the rolls and cheeks.

And Linda says this is Katie. So I went ahead and said, “Okay, Katie, could that be a possibility of one of the names of these kids?” Yeah, it could be. So, let me show you guys this right up there. Num uh child number four because you know Linda in um not Linda but Christine the mom holding that baby does look a lot younger than she looks today.

And if you look up there uh a child number four the initials are KS. So that might just be a Katie, right? That just might be a Katie and that would be from what u when the Katie was very young. So several years ago obviously. Uh let’s look at the picture again. Uh yeah, you can see that um Christine looks a lot younger there.

 So it is a possibility. Again, the I cannot vouch for and I will not vouch for uh you know if these pictures or any of this stuff is true or real, but I’m going by what a lot of people that have been uh digging into this case know about this case and have followed this case and a lot of people are saying, “Yeah, this is Linda Ciders.

 This is the Linda Ciders who is sharing this and she would have access to these kind of pictures, right? Another picture that came out um is a picture of supposedly of the oldest daughter celebrating her 18th birthday last May. Uh, it says, “A family member reached out to me with a picture of our, and I won’t say the name, celebrating her 18th birthday on Omar Street this past May.

” Of course, they’ve taken the picture out of the girl. Uh, so that picture has come out supposedly trying to the campaign is here is trying to say that this home was not in shambles really. it just recently within the last year when Gary Jr. and Elizabeth moved in, it became this hoarding, trashy, roachfilled mess.

And Linda, and I’m sure uh her mother’s attorneys have been urging her to come out and start posting things like this because they want to get Christine out on bail. That is what is why Linda has come out of the woodwork. allegedly. I can’t know that for a fact, but it makes sense. The timing all makes sense.

 Okay, we’ve got other things that we want to show you here, obviously, too. Let’s go on and um a few other pictures here. Um this one of the mother Elizabeth uh very young there holding an infant. Okay, so there’s that picture also. Um, we’ve got um somebody else that came forward also to share stuff about Elizabeth.

 This person says, Tiffany Saunders, I’m making this post for the sake of truth and truth only, but for clarity, I’ll go ahead and say this about the situation. We’re not going to read all this, but here’s the part that uh because I wanted to authenticate some pictures that this Tiffany Saunders shared. She says, “Lots of you know that Lynn, aka Christina Ciders, is my grandmother, Diana’s first cousin.

 Elizabeth Ciders is also my daughter’s first cousin. Uh because my daughter’s biological father and Elizabeth mom are siblings.” Okay. So, she went on to say, “These are some pictures of Elizabeth that I took right before or right around the time her and Gary Jr. met.” And here are those pictures that Tiffany has shared. Uh some of these pictures you may have already seen, a few you haven’t.

 But here is uh Elizabeth looking quite normal. Uh uh 14 13 14year-old girl around 14 years old in all of these pictures. And so these are this these are pictures also that are coming out trying to show that Elizabeth had somewhat of a normal life. Although we uh in our first video on this um of course her brother Joey came forward and talked about the heinous abuse allegedly that he and his sister uh suffered when they were children growing up and that was at the hands of her um of the mother and father of Elizabeth here. Uh

supposedly they uh abused Elizabeth. Uh these that’s all allegations by Joey Russell. Uh but we’re not finished with Linda speaking out. So hold on. Let me get the rest of those clips for you. Okay, guys. One woman on Facebook who’s been following this case came forward and had this to say about Linda Ciders and her Facebook post.

 Her her coming out and doing all of this right now. And let’s take a listen to this >> posting. She did make a new Facebook. She posted a status and said that she did make a new Facebook. She posted So, Linda Ciders just posted again. And I’m mainly just doing this video to prove that that was her page that’s posting.

She did make a new Facebook. She posted a status and said that she’s receiving a lot of friend requests. And if you are a family member that has posted on any of the pages that are about her parents, then you can go kick rocks. She stated that, you know, what a tragedy this is and you couldn’t imagine going through it yourself.

 She also verified that this is the daughter Katie in this photo with her mother that she posted. And I still just have a lot of questions. I have a lot of questions of just why you didn’t report this. I have people stating that I am bashing this family and I’m not bashing them. I just will never understand neglecting your children that to that point.

 And I will say it again just like I’ve said it a 100 times. You can be in poverty and not be in filth. The amount of money you have does not mean you get to neglect your children. And just because multiple families live like this to some people, it does not make it okay. But I get like it’s your family and you don’t want to, you know, I guess tell on your family or whatever, but it’s for the sake of the children.

You could have said anything to anyone and gotten the children help a long time ago. And this goes for any of them, the grandparents, the family that knew or just even had an idea that it was that bad. You could have said anything. And I will not understand the people stating that this is not a big deal because multiple families live like this because they’re in poverty.

 It doesn’t matter how many people live like this. It does not make it okay. It does not make it okay to neglect children, let alone that many children. But I just wanted to make this post to show you guys that this is her legit Facebook account now. And um I guess she made a new one because people were taking pictures off of her old one.

So she’s not going to be posting any pictures of her kids or anything like that anymore. And yes, her old ones are still up and active. She’s just not using them anymore. So >> okay. So, she has this woman has been following it and she is saying, “Yep, that’s Linda. That is Linda Ciders. That is the real Linda Ciders.

” And she is, this is her new account. And she is speaking out. And so, we’re going to go with that. Of course, I say it’s all alleged still. You know, no way to know for sure, but uh I’m going to go I, you know, going to go ahead and say probably it is her. Uh, it sounds like it’s her. the way she writes, the the pictures that she has that nobody else would have.

 So, we’re going to go ahead and go with that. Now, according to reports, and we’re going to play this now. You’re probably wondering, and we’re going to get to a few more Linda things after I play this next report, but just before we get to that Linda stuff, let’s take a listen to what Anget Levy has to say about the kids.

 What’s going on with the kids? a temporary custody situation. Sometimes in child neglect cases, temporary custody will be awarded to foster parents. William Archer, the Vitten County prosecutor, told the county commissioners, and this was actually in a meeting that was held um a week or so, a week and a half ago or so, almost two weeks ago.

 Uh the minutes from that meeting are now just becoming public. Can I have a >> So, this information that she’s sharing has just become public within the last 48 hours or so about the status of the kids. What’s going to happen to the kids? Recording of the meeting. He said the county will be seeking 16 or permanent custody for these 16 children.

Permanent. That means they are going to become the in the county, Venton County, um the South Central, you know, threecount regional, whatever, um job and children services, department of uh children and youth. They are going to become and Vitten County will become the permanent custodians of those children.

 That tells me these they do not believe based on what they’re investigating and what they found that these people that Gary Jr. and Elizabeth will ever get these children back. They’re not going to get the children back according to officials that that the county is moving now the county is moving to terminate all parental rights.

So that’s in the works right now. Okay. So let’s based on that also we’ve got Linda coming out and let’s uh take a look at some other things that Linda Ciders this is the daughter again of Gary Senior and Christine the grandparents she’s trying to get her mom out on bail that is what happened yesterday these motions for Christine of course the bombshell in those motions that Christine was the only adult who had any income coming in And it was Christine providing for everybody.

That was kind of a bombshell. Uh here is here are a few other things that Linda Ciders Christine’s daughter posted yesterday. Actually today most of these Linda Cider states, “I hate that my mama is still in there begging to be let out and I don’t have the funds to do anything at all.

 So I sit here and make these posts to show people that they are human. They have hearts. They love each other just like everyone else. And just because they slipped, got overwhelmed in life, they are all stuck in there crying about the kids. Another post. We need to stop trying to blame and shame people and start figuring out a better way to help each other.

 I wish I could have somehow known and helped my family. Well, I think you should have known. I don’t want to be harsh with this, but okay. Uh, Linda goes on to say, “If there’s families out there going through something similar, please reach out. Uh, there are people out there that will give a helping hand instead of calling the authorities.

” And I get that people are terrified of getting into trouble. We need to find a solution to help people going through similar situations. That’s the least I can do because I feel so damn guilty. I should have visited more. I should have done a lot of things differently. Don’t let the people you love down, especially when they are going through something overwhelming.

And last but not least, she writes, “Shaking my head. I get so overheated with all these crazy news pages that’s putting lies on top of lies out. It’s ridiculous. I just seen a similar case yesterday. I haven’t seen those people getting blasted and lied on yet. I get it though. The world is fascinated with the thought of people having 16 kids.

” Well, I agree that part of the fascination of this case, Linda, is 16 children. Actually, uh, Elizabeth gave birth to 18 with two of those sets of twins that were conjoined in 2022, dying of natural causes days after their birth. So, actually, she’s given birth to four sets of twins. Two of Well, one of the sets, you know, sadly passed away.

 We’ve got a lot more in this video you’re not going to want to miss. So hang in there. Let me get the next clip. Okay. Linda also shared another picture, another never seen before pick of one of the daughters called Zoe. Actually, that’s true. One of the daughters is Zoe or ZS. It’s the second eldest daughter. And Linda says, “I really appreciate everyone’s kindness and your willingness to listen to people that know my family.

I want to try and direct this page to pictures I have over the years of my parents’ houses and the babies over the years. Many people think they lived like this forever, but no. My mama and dad have been going through health matters this year along with another family member and I’m trying to show that good people can fall, but more importantly that they can get back up.

 This was a comment to one of my followers, but I thought I’d add it as a post. And then it says Zoe there at the fair. That’s not all. Since we’re talking about Christine, the mom, Christine, and and that legal filing saying that she was the one that was in charge, that the only person bringing in income, she was the one that was paying the rent, paying the utilities, the only adult in that legal paperwork.

 It says she was the only one paying the utilities. Um, also we have this report of Christine running into a pastor at a food bank. This is from the Daily Mail online. A pastor interacted with Christina Ciders frequently. The pastor stated, quote, “She came here every week for 2 years and she took as much food as I allowed her to take.

 produce, vegetables, fruit, breads, pastas, six pounds of meat. A local pastor who declined to be identified told the Mail Online. The pastor went on to say, quote, “When she first came, she told us she had 16 kids and we were giving her extra food. Then we got to thinking, come on, no one can have that many kids in that house.” So apparently apparently he knew what house they were living in.

Describing the grandmother as cordial and sweet, particularly with the kids, the pastor said, “It was difficult to learn what was happening behind closed doors.” The pastor added, quote, “It’s very difficult for me to understand when you have people coming to you like Mrs. Siders was, and she was getting as much food as she could get to take to her family.

” that makes you think that she cared. Then when you see the other kit, the other side of this, you shake your head and go, “How? Why? I was oblivious to what was going on in that house, and when I found out, I was astounded. Though the article goes on to say, “Though other people who interacted with the family recalled a foul stench, the pastor said they always smelled okay.

” The pastor went on, quote, “The girls were quiet, very shy, extremely shamefaced.” “They never really communicated with me, but they would whisper to her,” he noted. “But they never showed any sign of abuse. They never showed any sign of being hungry. There was no stench or smell from them when they came.” End quote.

 Uh, the article goes on to say, “This proves recent points made by a judge in Vitten County who issued a gag order on officials investigating the case. Incendiary language like pure evil and disgusting does not get the point across, but it’s never that black and white. The legal process must continue unhindered and without bias.

” Okay. So what we have going on here is you’ve got the Cers family including Linda Ciders relatives family friends who are trying to rally and say look don’t pass judgment so quickly. Then you have many other people looking at that house of [ __ ] The uh some of the testimony from the first responders saying the kids looked they were blankfaced.

 the one first responder who drove them to the hospital, he said they did smell, that they had bug bites on them. And remember, one or a few of them had to be air lifted and one was just days away from being dead was the reports we got. And and that one child that according to authorities was just days away or hours away of being dead.

We have this unverified report. I cannot verify this report, but I thought that I would go ahead and share it with you guys about possibly what was going on with that one child. This comes from a Facebook post. Um, I can’t This is very very unverified. Okay, I’m I just want to start out with saying that before I read it.

 It says, “Okay, I haven’t gotten permission to post this, but I also asked and was told no. I think this truth needs to be told.” One child in the home, a twin, was born with a TBI, traumatic brain injury. They were told that child will never walk or talk. Uh they were uh they were one of children who was airlifted.

 They were one of the children who were airlifted. Not only in just a short period of time did they lose a set of twins due to being born 24 weeks and conjoined, they also had a child need of extra care. That is a lot to handle while everyone is judging so hard. So could this be the case? Could this be the one child that they’re talking about could not walk or talk? The feral child? I don’t know.

 Is it that this one of the children, one of the twins born I think in 2025 has a traumatic brain injury? I don’t know. I cannot verify that. I am just reporting certain people in the know are posting certain things and I am just bringing it to you guys for your own for you guys to make up your own mind.

 Okay, I’ve got so much more. Hang in there. Let’s get to these next clips. Okay. When we talk about the rights, the parental rights being completely terminated, that is very, very serious. Obviously, it’s very serious. Uh, but we do have confirmation that that is what Venton County is seeking to do in this case.

 They are seeking to permanently revoke the rights of Elizabeth and Gary Jr. from having any custody or anything to do with their 16 children. This comes on the heels of this truency. The first part that we know about how authorities even came into contact with them has to do with truency. I have a news clip I’d like for you guys to take a listen to about the truency reports.

So, it’s unclear why we’re missing just one of those. It’s a birth record for one of the twins that was born in 2022. But the biggest takeaway from these birth records is it tells us that all of these children were born in hospitals. So from 2008 to 2022, all of the children were born at the hospital holder in Gala Police, Ohio, which is where the Ciders family lived at that time.

 And then after that is when we have that birth record for those twins that sadly passed away in November of 2022. Those twins, they were born conjoined. They died about an hour after they were born, but they were born at Riverside Hospital here in Columbus. And then the last two sets of twins, they were both born at Oblennis Hospital. That’s over in Athens.

 So we have to remember that she had three sets of twins there in a row in addition the twins that passed away. the four sets of twins, but all of them were born in hospitals, >> right? And some of you >> So, I want to stop it there and remind everyone that we’re talking about this location on in Cheshshire and that Yeah. Uh when the the conjoined twins were supposedly this is where they were living when the conjoined twins in 2022 were born and also the that is the address of all parents. That’s right.

This is the of the grandparents. So, they were all living there at in 2022. And then we’ve got, as I’ve said before, we’ve got uh Gary Senior and Christine leaving that address and going to the OMR Street address as far as we know from, you know, public records of of addresses for them. Okay.

 So, this is uh where we start out. Uh and this is the house where the truency reports come from also. All right. So, let’s continue with this uh report. >> And records requests over these really last two weeks have revealed some of the previous home addresses of the citers’s at the time of those births. But some of those requests also brought forward some new questions.

 What were we able to find out? >> Yeah, these birth records have been really helpful for kind of trying to put some of these puzzle pieces together. And we know from authorities that they said that the family moved around a lot and that’s definitely what these birth records show. So, I kind of I wrote down every time one of the children was born, they had to list their home address.

 And so [snorts] from 2008 to 2019 or actually 2008 to 2022, the family had different addresses in Gallia County. So the first one in 2008 and and then we only have their addresses beginning when the first child was born. But 2008, they lived at a home in Gallup police, Ohio. And then the next year when the next child was born, they moved they moved to Bidwell, which is still in Gallia County.

 But they lived in that same home, which was interesting from 2009 until 2020 2016. And I want to stop it here because that’s a seven-year residency, which is for them very long. So, it wasn’t like every year they moved because there is a stretch of seven years uh where they live, I guess, at that Bidwell, Ohio address. >> And then there’s another address in Bidwell, a new address in Gallup Police, and then an address in Cheshire.

 So, a lot of moving around like authorities said, we don’t really know why, but the biggest question is in 2022, Elizabeth gave birth to a set of twins at Hoser in Gallup police, but their address is listed in Bloomer, Wisconsin. She gave birth in Ohio. So, that’s kind of a question of where that address came from. That’s the furthest away.

 I mean, the rest of the addresses are in southeast Ohio still. And then the last two sets of twins when they were born, they lived, the first set of twins was in Cheshire, still in Gallia County, but it’s only 2025 when those twins were born that they list an address in Hampton. And it’s a different home than the home that these children were found in as well.

 It’s just a little bit further up the road. So that >> and that’s that Main Street address I’ve showed you. The Main Street address in Hamden that’s like, you know, a mile and a half from the House of Horrors address, right? That the grandparents had rented out like four years prior. >> That’s another question that we have because authorities said it was their belief that they lived in that home in Hampton on Omar Street for the last four years >> and they didn’t.

 And so yeah, they didn’t. That the authorities got that part wrong. But according to these birth records, they were living in a different home over on Main Street at that time, just a year ago. >> And as time’s gone on, it’s been about 2 and 1/2 weeks since this all came to light. We’ve learned a lot of new information.

 When this first came out, it was unclear if any of the children had ever attended school at all. But TentTV was able to obtain records from Galia County Juvenile Court. And that’s when we learned that the state had filed some truency complaints against the mother, Elizabeth, along with the father, Gary Jr., and the six oldest kids.

 These were all filed what, October 19th, 2021. So, we know that those there were the questions of had any of these children gone to school, but how did nobody report them and what kind of documentation is there now that we know that at least there’s there are some truency complaints out there, >> right? And that’s a big deal to know that there was someone at some point who was keeping track of these children in the school system.

 And so, the complicated thing is this was over at the Galla County Local School District. They can’t tell us much about the Cider family because of privacy laws. It’s only because this court record was filed that we were able to obtain any of this. But October 2021, like you said, they sent a notice to Elizabeth, Gary, and six of the oldest children.

 They were about 7 to 13 at the time. And the district said that they hadn’t shown up for any of the school year in October 21. So, at that point, school had been in session for several weeks, and they hadn’t shown up at all. But what happened is then a few months later, they have a follow-up in January. And they said that this matter was terminated because they couldn’t find the whereabouts of these kids.

 They couldn’t serve these notices. They couldn’t do anything about the truency request. So, the big mystery is where where were they? because according to the birth records at that time they were still um living in the address in Cheshire in Honeysuckle Drive which is where the truency notices were filed at. So that’s a big question and also I talked to the Galia superintendent just on background.

 He didn’t want to speak on camera to us or again concerns about their privacy but he explained to me the process for truency and he said that they have one person who kind of monitors attendance and when children don’t show up for school of course that’s reason for concern. So they file these truency notices but they’ll also do wellness checks.

 They’ll send a sheriff to check on the house but if nobody’s there they [clears throat] can’t do anything. and he said that they would keep trying to find the children unless one of two things happened. Either the children move out of state or there’s reason to believe they’ve enrolled in another school district and they get that notification.

 But in this case, we don’t really know how this all resolved or if it ever resolved. >> So, we do know the notice was terminated after 3 months. So, what did the school have to say about not being able to find them? >> Again, they couldn’t really share any specific information. >> So, uh I’ll just I’ll just stop it there.

 So this weird address in Wisconsin kind of does correspond with this truency stuff. And so one of the reasons why the truency uh looking for them would be terminated is if they thought they moved out of state and they give this weird out of state address in Wisconsin um on one of the birth records around the same time as this truency stuff is going on.

 And so what this reporter referenced was is that why they gave that address because they were trying to, you know, hide from authorities. I don’t I don’t know that it’s weird that they gave like an address living in Wisconsin when people followed up on that property location in Wisconsin and there’s no way that they were living there. Period.

There just wasn’t. Okay. There’s the the property owner was uh located. It’s a rural location. It’s in it’s unhabitable. The the address and the uh property owner goes out there quite often and can say no, nobody was living there then. Okay. So weird that they give this weird address in Wisconsin and that is possibly what stopped the truency thing from going any further.

Possibly. Allegedly. We don’t know. We don’t know. Okay. But what’s also interesting is when we look at these birth records, they served the notice to the address that they were living at in Cheshire. But then 2022, which is a few months after they said they couldn’t find the children in November, is when Elizabeth gave birth to another set of twins in Ohio, but listed their home address in Bloomer, Wisconsin.

 So that brings forth the question of did the school district believe that they moved to Wisconsin? And is that >> right? So that there we have that and that’s very interesting too because it’s kind of like the kids uh fell through the cracks there and the question is were the parents knowingly trying to ditch authorities? That’s do is that what why that Wisconsin address was given? We may never know the answer to that but that is what is going on with that.

 And I’d like to bring up this next clip that is nicely dovetales on this about uh not just the truency thing, but let’s go back to the beginning of how this ever even started. People are still confused about how this investigation started. Were authorities sent out there because of these kids? The answer, the quick answer is no.

 But let’s take a listen to this from Ananette Levy. Um, back on June 30th of 2026, deputies in Venton County, Ohio, Ohio’s smallest county by far, went to a a house on Omar Street in in the village of Hamen. And they went there because they had a search warrant. And we still don’t know why uh what crime they were investigating with that search warrant.

Uh those documents remain sealed, but it appears uh from everything we know that that search warrant was not related to these 16 children because when the Venton County deputies and Ohio BCI agents went into that home on Ober Street, they were shocked to find 16 children there. They they were shocked. So they went and they got a second search warrant after they went in there and they saw these conditions inside the home which they’ve desri described as pure evil, deplorable, disgusting.

They’ve said livestock are kept better than these children were kept. The children range in age from 1 and a half to 18. Okay. So again, no, the kids were not the reason they went out there. And authorities have also said, “No, it’s not about Gary Jr.’s indecent uh exposure stuff. It It’s a par it was what they termed it’s under seal. We don’t know.

 We will find out someday, but it’s under seal a parallel investigation. They went out there not to arrest him. It was it they had an actual search warrant for something. That’s the mystery in all this. That is the mystery. What was the search warrant about? If it wasn’t about the kids and it wasn’t about Gary Jr.

 and his you know indecent exposure uh you know stuff then what was it about? That’s the question right and it remains under seal to this day. At some point we will find out. Now remember indictments have not even come down on these people yet. The grand jury as far as we know has not met yet. It should be meeting shortly.

 I think they have to meet every 30 days in Vitten County. And of course on the docket is going to be this case. And then we’ll know what they’ll be charged with. At this point, we don’t know. They haven’t even been indicted yet. They haven’t even been indicted yet. We have to keep that in mind. And but this investigation is ongoing.

 I have another little clue. This a little tidbit you’re not going to want to miss. Hold on. About uh the Bureau of the Criminal Bureau of Investigation in Ohio has been out in the community and went to this one gas station to get some video footage of what? One of the girls. Hold on.

 You’re not going to want to miss this report. All right, guys. According to one local resident in Hampton, BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigations in Ohio is on the ground there looking for video and they ended up at this woman’s gas station. Her name is Tara Gillian Jolly and she says, “When BCI came, that’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation, came and took video footage from my gas station, the girl they said was the oldest uh is on my video footage with black hair.

 Maybe she died it after her birthday.” What’s What’s she talking about? Well, I think she’s referring to this picture that came out. kind of looks like the girl supposedly this is supposed to be allegedly that that same oldest girl initials CS. So, uh uh Tara says uh the girl they said was the oldest is on my video footage with black hair.

 Maybe she dyed it after her birthday. We see so many false things posted who never encountered them. So, I was curious. I personally waited on them and the girl they had with them wanting an application that was 18 had black hair. Okay. So, what is going on? Well, Terara said that this 18-year-old girl, CS, one of the CERS girl, the oldest cider girl, allegedly came to her gas station, uh, which was very close to their, uh, to the house of [ __ ] looking for work, looking for an application to work at the gas station. And, uh, one person

asked her, asked Tara, “When did that happen? Is your gas station close by?” and Tara responded, “It’s roughly a block from where they lived.” So, we know the investigation is ongoing. They are out there looking for clues, looking for information, trying to put this case against uh the ciders together, looking to see was the daughter actually looking for work, right? I can say I can show you guys a picture from their social media.

 I blanked out their, you know, parts of their face for just for privacy reasons. But, uh, there the picture on the left would be the eldest daughter and she does look like she has dark hair there. That’s the CS daughter. And there uh the uh daughter on the right is the ZS or now the name Zoe has already come out.

 That would be the Zoey would be the one that Linda posted. This not that picture. Sorry. Where is the little picture of her? This one uh would be her younger at a younger age would be the second eldest daughter Zoe uh allegedly at a fair. There is what Linda is uh is saying or alleging herself. Uh so is that is that what’s going on on the ground? I would say yes that the investigation obviously is ongoing.

 BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, is boots on the ground down there looking for video of little, it’s a super small little little town Hamden where the House of Horrors is at. So, probably not going to get a lot of video footage of them, but whatever video footage they can find, I’m sure law enforcement officials are gathering that uh uh evidence as we speak.

 Of course, again, no indictments. No indictments. Yes. Now, what are the steps of taking away the parental rights of somebody in Ohio? Well, I looked that up and uh just for a few things, your right parental rights can be terminated and that is what Anginet Levy is saying that uh the county officials are saying that they are permanently seeking to take away uh the rights to these children of their parents.

One is abandonment. Um, extended foster care is another. The child has been temporary custody of public agency for at least 12 months. Uh, failure to remedy conditions is another reason your rights can be terminated. The parent repeatedly fails to fix the safety and health issues that caused the child to remove from the home in the first place.

 I think this would be probably the one that they’re going to uh use. Severe unfitness and from illness or addiction. remember uh we’ve got well and this could be hey I just thought of this is that why Elizabeth’s attorney is not looking for competency because if Elizabeth tries to say she’s incompetent to stand trial that would mean because her husband already has sought that so Gary Jr.

 has already sought being uncompetent, right? He’s looking for an psyche valve for that. And is Elizabeth’s attorney so far, she’s the only one now out of all the four that are charged in this, the two grandparents, and then Elizabeth and Gary Jr., the parents, only one of those, and that’s Elizabeth, is not seeking a competency hearing.

Is that because if she is deemed incompetent she will lose her rights to her children? H maybe right maybe why Elizabeth is the person that is not going for that because listen to this guys severe unfitness from illness or addiction. The parent suffers from chronic mental illness, emotional illness, intellectual disability, or severe chemical dependency that prevents them from providing a permanent home.

 Thus, if Elizabeth uses the legal system at this point to seek out a psyche vow to to claim incompetency, her attorney could tell her, “Look, we can do that, but if we do that, that could be a reason they can terminate your parental rights.” And is that why Elizabeth is the lone hold out from the four not seeking a mental competency hearing? I’m going to say yes. Just my opinion.

 I have no way of knowing for sure, but after reading this and knowing how moms can be, I bet Elizabeth does not want to be deemed unfit mother, right? Uh and and add to it. and she would definitely be adding to it if she sought a competency hearing to deem herself incompetent to stand trial. If you’re incompetent to stand trial, then you’re incompetent to be a mother.

 And that is possibly why she is the only one at this point not seeking a competency hearing with the court system. All right, guys. What else do I have for you guys in this update on the CERS case? Hold on, let me see. All right, speaking of competency, here is the order that came down yesterday for Christine, the grandmother, uh that she uh the this matter comes before the court upon defendants motion for competency evaluation.

 It is hereby ordered that District 9, a certified forensic center designated by Ohio Department of Mental Health, will examine the defendant to determine the defendant’s competence to stand trial pursuant with Ohio Revised Code blah blah blah blah blah. The person conducting the examination will be an examiner as defined blah blah blah.

 So, yep, that’s this is uh this is what Elizabeth is the only hold out so far. now that is not seeking a psyche vow and there’s the grandmother’s uh order uh for her psyche vow that’s gone through so she will be getting her psyche vow of course here is that other part that was just the shocking part I want to reiterate that Christina was the only adult this is per her own lawyer the only adult in the home who had been providing for all the other adults and all the children residing in her home.

That Christina paid for the rent, the utilities, and other necessities in the home despite her own medical conditions. We know from the pastor, we’re just going over this again, that it was Christina who took the kids to the food bank for two years. The pastor doesn’t talk about seeing Elizabeth. She talks about seeing Christina the grandmother with some of the grandkids and no at that time the pastor said no they didn’t smell they were shamefaced though he said shamefaced which is interesting and interesting adjective to use for those

children that were accompanying Christina to that food bank over two years she went there and got over six pounds of meat vegetables fruits things for the kids. So, I is it true that this house of horrors only turned into a house of horrors within the last year when uh Gary Jr.

 and Elizabeth moved in? I don’t know. That is what the daughter Linda who is now coming forward with all these social media posts, right? Linda’s Linda’s uh going out there full throttle that you know, I visited my mom and dad’s house. It was never a mess. I was there just last year and the house wasn’t messy like that. That is her testimony.

 That is what she’s saying over on social media. And so what do you guys think? I want to show one more time. Here is their wedding photo from years and years ago. Look like a happy couple there. And also here is a family photo before Gary was born. There’s the three the four daughters. And there is Christina and Gary senior in a picture looking at happier times.

 Happier times, right? So, what’s the truth? What really happened? When did the house become like that? Were the kids locked in a 12 by 12 room uh or not? All of these are questions that we all still have. We know the two daughters uh in prior videos did have social media accounts. The oldest daughter reportedly had a boyfriend from India, a social media kind of boyfriend, right, who has come forward to say no, she could write, she could talk and had her on even video of uh video uh audio of of listening to the girls talk. So, um what’s the truth? We

know what the house looked like. We’ve seen we’ve all seen pictures of the horrendous horrendous conditions of that house. That cannot be denied that that house was totally uh not habitable for anyone. Even a dog living in there, a cat should not be in that in that house. What happened? Looked like a hoarder’s trash nightmare is what I called it.

 Uh so when did it that happened? And that doesn’t explain why the kids weren’t in school. It doesn’t explain what was going on with the kids starting even way back in 2020 2021. uh why were they supposedly enrolled in a school? I can not totally confirm that, but I can say I have seen a report where they were actually enrolled in a school.

 I will get that next on my next video for you on this case. They were actually I have the name of the school and everything. That’s how they got on the radar because if they were never enrolled in a school, they would never gotten on the radar, right, of the truency people. So, they were enrolled at some point, but then they were taken out.

 And a lot of people say, “Well, was it because of COVID or what happened to the family at that point?” And is it Gary uh Junior and Elizabeth? Are they the ones that were always living like this? And it and then they move in with the grandparents in 2025. But remember, they did all live together at this location in 2022. And then the grandparents move out and moved into the what became known as the house of horrors house.

 And they lived there for four years. Not Gary Jr. and Elizabeth were not living there for four years. They only moved in about a year ago. Okay. Well, I think that’s going to do it for this CERS update. I hope you guys enjoyed it. I’d love to know your thoughts on it. So, please leave a comment.
