The first statements from the family of the 16 rescued children: the young mother’s strange past is finally revealed.

So, we’ve got to talk about what is going on with this CERS case. Some are calling it the house of horrors. Others are calling it the 16 children that were left in this 12 by 12 room case. It’s absolutely insane. And when it comes to Elizabeth Ciders, Gary Siders, Gary Ciders Jr.

, and the mother involved in this case, who is Christina Ciders, this situation has gotten crazier. Now, we mentioned in other videos where we covered this that hearing the history of Elizabeth Ciders and even Gary Siders Jr., we may have had some indication that she could be a victim. And we’re going to hear and learn more about Elizabeth’s story shortly.

 We actually got to hear from her attorney, and we covered that in another video. Her attorney talking about some of the things she went through, uh her relationship with the kids seemed to be one of the ones that was closest to the children. But now we’re finding out and we’ve got the actual documents and the criminal complaints.

 I’m going to show you here in a second. And Amy did some great investigative work on this. So, shout out to Amy. If you don’t follow her on X, make sure you do that to stay uptodate on the latest news and content that we cover here on the channel and beyond. She says this, the current status of the CERS investigation. Law enforcement authorities, including the Venton County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, are actively investigating the circumstances.

 arrest and the charges in this case. The four were that were arrested as we know Gary Ciders Jr., Elizabeth Ciders of course, and then we have Christina Ciders, which is the grandmother, and Gary Ciders Jr. were arrested and charged with 16 counts of secondderee felony child endangering. All four individuals pleaded not guilty during their count appearances, court appearances, excuse me, and they are believed to be held on $300,000 bond. Jerry Gary Jr.

‘s face when he first heard that. He said, “What? $300,000.” I mean, he was actually shocked. And I’ve showed you guys that video in another case. But also, we’re finding out more information about the children. But before we get into that, I want to show you guys the actual documents because Amy did a great job finding this information for us.

 You can see the complaint here. And I hate that they’ve got their socials in here, but this not the whole social. It’s the last four. Hopefully, someone won’t use that for bad. But this is Elizabeth Ciders. She was born in 1992. So she’s 34, well about to be 34 years old. And then you can see all the different counts here.

And we’ll just read the first one. And it’s pretty much the same for all of them. Endangering a children. And that’s a felony too on or about June 30th of 2026 is what they where they found that out. And then they’ve got the actual address there. The complaint being duly sworn states that Elizabeth Ciders in Hamen in Venton County, Ohio on or about June 30th unlawfully did abuse CS and they’ve got the kid’s initials there.

Now, this child was actually born in 2008, which would have been if she was born in 1992, that would have been 16 years after she was born. Now, when this kid was born, she was actually 15, which is something we talked about in other cases. Now, there are reports out there that Elizabeth was pregnant when she was married to Gary, which they’re saying she was married to Gary Jr.

 at 15, and that may be where this child came from. But it says that she endangered this child and did abuse CS, and that’s the initials of the child who was born in 2008, a child under 18 years of age. uh at 5:30 2008 in violation of and they’ve got the violation there endangering children F2.

 Furthermore, the violation resulted in the serious physical harm to CS. And then they’ve got the ages of the other kids here. You have a kid born in 2009, a year later. You’ve got a kid born in 2011, okay, at the same initials. You’ve got another kid born in 2012. We’re going to get into all that. You got a kid born in 2013.

 You’ve got another kid born in 2014. A child born in 2016. Child born in 2017. A child born in 2019. A child born in 2020. Oh my gosh. Under the age of six. This one. A child born in 2022. Another child born in 2022. These are the twins because you can see the dates the same here. We’ve got NS and then we’ve got which was born on February 10th of 2022 and SS, right? These kids are under the age of five.

 Then we’ve got John Doe who was born in 2025. So a baby barely a year old here. And then you’ve got another one. So this is another set of twins. You’ve got two twin bo two twin boys here, John Doe and John Doe. And then you’ve got this child who’s under the age of 18. They don’t have the age here, but they do have the name of the child, which is again, these police reports are insane because it was redacted here.

 I don’t even know if I should read this, but the child’s name is Isaac. So, we do know the name of this child because they blacked it out here and then they put the child’s name here. Good lord. Then we have another child named Isaiah. We got another child named Wade. And that goes on and then it’s the same charges for all of them in this instance.

 And we’ll go on with Amy’s post because she gives more information about these kids as well. So now Amy says the children ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years as we just heard were found living in a 12x 12t room inside the home. Authorities described the environment as having a high pressure of a high presence of human waste and bacteria and noted that the children were isolated and not enrolled in school.

 Several children required hospitalization with some in serious or critical condition. I can imagine it’s the younger children. Investigators are working to reconstruct the family’s history. They reportedly moved frequently across multiple Ohio counties over the past two decades, largely avoiding the establishment of medical or government records. All right.

Perspectives on Elizabeth Ciders, which we talked about at leng. The question on Elizabeth Cider’s role in the is a central point of public and legal discussion. All right. So, what’s happening with Elizabeth Ciders? We’re going to actually show you some information from her family as well in this case. But Amy says this.

 Her attorney Thomas Stoli was publicly addressing her situation, noting that she was crying and exhausted and that her immediate concern upon meeting him was regarding the well-being of her children. Stolie had suggested that her perspective may have been shaped by long-term isolation, noting that if that’s all you know, and you have to think that someone at 15 years old doesn’t know a whole lot about being an adult, you get shaped by that.

 Maybe she was groomed and as I mentioned before, possibly she could be a victim. All right. Now, while Elizabeth Ciders has not characterized herself as a victim, according to her attorney, her defense has argued that the public would withhold judgment and allow the judicial process to unfold, emphasizing that it is too early to determine the full dynamics of the household.

 Now, due to lack of formal records and the children’s developmental delays, exact ages are being difficult to confirm. However, according to the criminal complaints and reports citing investigators, the ages are as follows. As we mentioned, 18, 16, 15, 14, 13, 11, nine’s almost 10 almost 10 years old. 8, 6, 5 years old, four years old.

 And then we have the 2-year-old, the 2-year-old, and 20-month-old twins. And then we have the one-year-old twins as well. And then we say, uh, Gary Siders II and Elizabeth Ciders were legally married in Mason County, West Virginia, where they were teenagers. An employee with the Mason County Clerk of Courts confirmed their marriage. Good lord.

 So again, I mean, could Gary Jr. be a victim in this case as well? We don’t know. Gary Jr. was 18 years old and had finished ninth grade. Lord. Elizabeth Anne Russell, which is Elizabeth’s uh Elizabeth Cider’s maiden name, was 15 and had finished 8th grade as well. Four parents signed the marriage certificate.

 Gary Lee Siders and Christina White for Gary Jr. and Brian Russell and Laurianne Reigns for Elizabeth. So now we know the names of Elizabeth’s parents, which is wild in this case that they signed the birth certificate for a 15year-old, 18-year-old and 15year-old, three-year difference. I would love to hear the story from these parents about why they thought this was a good idea and why this happened.

 It could be because she was pregnant. Again, we’ve seen shotgun weddings happen all the time, especially in the South, so that wouldn’t be a surprise. But still, I’m sure we’re going to hear more information from the Russell family. All right. Also, it is believed that authorities were also serving a warrant for Gary Jr., who is separately charged with an incident of exposure.

 Records state that on May 23rd, May 27th, May 29th, and May 31st, Gary Jr. exposed himself outside of the Omar Street home, and it involved people who are not members of his household. The investigation is ongoing and authorities have indicated that additional charges may be filed as more evidence is uncovered. In my opinion, whether these are their kids or not, again, it’s a high possibility and we haven’t even heard for certainty from the attorney general or from local police or law enforcement that these are all their kids. It’s possible they’re

not. Also, the children remain in temporary custody of the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services as they receive medical care and evaluation. Now, we have another post here that’s seemingly somewhat speculative, but I wanted to bring this to you guys because we have been covering it and you can give your own thoughts and information on this.

 So Lauren Conlin posted this over on X and she said, “New information is emerging about 33-year-old Elizabeth Ciders.” As we just heard, the mother of the children of the 16 children allegedly found in the deplorable conditions in Hampton, Ohio. According to her attorney, Thomas Elizabeth married Gary at 15, which we know Gary was 18 at the time, and he was working as a Door Dash driver.

 Stoleie said that 16 children are biologically Elizabeth’s and Gary’s allegedly. In an interview with uh ABC 6 that we actually covered, he said Elizabeth was exhausted, crying, and repeatedly asked when she could see her children and whether they were okay and when she visited the jail. Also, there are Facebook posts from Elizabeth’s mother and brother, which we’re going to get into here in a second.

 And she says that the Facebook posts claim Elizabeth was indoctrinated and said he had only recently seen her again after 15 years. her brother. He mentions her welfare and that the state knows something. I also found a post, she says, from the mother who posted an old photo of Elizabeth. Now, the interesting thing about this is the family signed off on this marriage.

So, my question is why in the world would that be the case? And what is going on here? So, let’s actually read and look at these posts. So, it says, uh, “My sister just wrapped her life up due to indoctrinate indoctrination. It is 100% real. 20 kids and younger than me.” So, again, we’re missing some kids apparently.

 Are there four kids missing? Maybe some of them died or passed away. The math equals immature piece of you know what man involved. I met this dude a couple months ago. Shook my hand like a baby. would be super soft hands. He says, “Definitely never worked a day in his life. I should have took him out that night.

” Uh, you can’t be saying that stuff on the internet, man. I should have took him out that night. He said, “I was thinking about it, but my sister, I was happy to see it had been 15 years. You lost touch with your family. Uh, you followed another and looked what happened.” Gosh, he must have been writing this while he was upset or crying or something.

 He said, “Got a lot of Facebook investigators.” He said, “You’re in for a ride. I’ve been telling you all my remorse. I don’t care. I really don’t. That’s sad. I tried many times. As my ex, she shows.” Okay. I was the one harassing. I love my sister. However, everyone knew about it. I told everyone welfare supporters to the maximum. So, state knows something.

Okay. So, this was a question that we all had as well. Is how were they even living? Nobody had a job. I mean, were they using Door Dash to fund themselves? Were they receiving government assistance and it was a fault of the of the system not checking into and following up with what was going on here? That’s a question.

 He says, “I don’t get it. Leave me alone.” And then we have more information here as well, showing a picture of Elizabeth when she was younger. All right. Also, there’s another Facebook post that is alleged to be uh from one of the kids in this case. Now, I didn’t see a ZS in these documents, but they’re saying that this post might be from one of the kids.

 Now, this brings up another interesting fact is there’s stories and rumors out there that allegedly some of the kids had access to devices, but also they didn’t know how to read. So, it’s interesting to see this video and posted posted by Zoe Sners by a Zoe Sners and if it’s related. The video doesn’t make any sense and it doesn’t really show anything, but I’ll play it anyway.
